An outstanding product series in our range is the lightweight aluminum clamping shaft of the PSW-F series. It is ideal for standard applications and designed specifically for medium web tension and medium roll weight. Due to its aluminum profile construction, the winding shaft is extremely lightweight and allows for easy roll changes. The pneumatic clamping shaft expands using a flat hose system, ensuring gentle treatment of the cores. The continuous clamping strips also enable winding multiple benefits.

To meet our customers' demands for faster delivery times, we have our lightweight aluminum clamping shaft available as a standard product in stock. Additionally, we offer the IBD Standard clamping shaft of the PSW-F Standard series. With 3" (76 mm), 6" (150 mm), and 8" (200 mm) aluminum profiles, as well as burnished standard bearing journals, it enables versatile applications. The clamping strips can be individually selected, and the maximum load capacity is up to 800 kg (3") or 1,800 kg (8") under stable load.

Another highlight in our portfolio is the high-performance clamping shaft of the PSW-Z series. This winding shaft is specially designed for applications with high loads. It offers various options such as aluminum, rubber-steel, or solid rubber pressure pieces, as well as aluminum, steel, or even carbon fiber support tubes. Thanks to its customized design and central hose system, the high-performance clamping shaft can be optimally adapted to the needs and requirements of our customers. It even allows winding with low self-weight, for example, with a carbon fiber support tube. The tensioning is done via a rubber hose.

Furthermore, we proudly present our pneumo-mechanical precision clamping shaft of the PMS series. This clamping shaft stands out for its precise clamping system and is ideal for applications with very high speeds. With support tubes made of aluminum, steel, or carbon fiber, as well as the option of dynamic balancing, the PMS series offers optimal performance and precision.
