Designed for motorcycle suspension components, this Imanpack packaging line combines accurate counting, automatic bagging, and in-line quality control in a coordinated production process.
The CMF5 counting module separates and counts oil seals and dust seals using photocell technology, feeding the required quantities to the Microvert PRO 200 vertical packaging machine for polyethylene bagging.
An integrated belt checkweigher verifies each package and rejects non-compliant bags. Dedicated conveyors manage empty and full boxes, while a manual loading station allows operators to combine individual packages into multipacks or assemble kits containing multiple items.
The result is a flexible packaging solution that supports different product configurations, from individual component packs to ready-to-handle kits.
