Equipment for production of sweets and chocolates

INOXPA installed the different production skids over a very short period of time, meaning production could be started quickly.

Equipment for producing a cocoa mix:

Viscomix 300 l atmospheric skid with an anchor type agitator. A double chamber with isolation to heat the product up to 70 ºC using electrical resistance. Load cells.

Viscomix 450 l atmospheric skid with an anchor type agitator. A double chamber with isolation to heat the product up to 70 ºC using electrical resistance. Load cells.

Two SLR lobe pumps to transfer the product.

Automatic butterfly valves.

Equipment for producing gelatine:

Two atmospheric 150 l tanks with a 1450 rpm BMI agitator. A double chamber with isolation for heating the product up to 70 ºC.

Two transfer lines with automatic butterfly valves and filter.

A CIP circuit with a Hyginox centrifugal pump.

Equipment for producing citric acid:

Two atmospheric 150 l tanks with a 1450 rpm BMI agitator. A double chamber with isolation for heating the product up to 70 ºC.

Two transfer lines with automatic butterfly valves and filter.

All components are mounted on a frame with anti-vibration feet.
