Production line for dairy products

The design, manufacture, installation and start-up of a complete production line for milk, yoghurt and other dairy products in Mali.

Nima Industries is a market leader in the dairy sector in Mali.

It was founded as a trading company in 1989, but soon became a business involved in repackaging powdered milk before moving into production, launching new ranges of processed products, mainly fresh milk and yoghurt, in 2019.

The customer’s main need was to increase the production capacity with the installation of a complete production line for milk and dairy products.

Nima Industries opted for INOXPA’s solution due to the European standards of their products and the wide range of references regarding the INOXPA brand across different countries on the African continent.

INOXPA’s engineers’ extensive knowledge of the dairy process and the possibility of having a local specialist available to the customer for better supplier-customer communication were also key factors in the customer choosing INOXPA.

A complete processing line for producing drinking milk, different types of yoghurt and other fermented products, sour cream, flavoured drinks without pulp and other dairy products. This process line has a capacity of 5000 l/hour.

The line includes:

A 5000L cooling tank for milk reception.

A 5000L tank for product preparation (mixing, powder solution, etc.)

An MH-20 horizontal blender.

A 5000 L/hour multi-product pasteurising machine.

High pressure homogeniser.

2 x 5000L capacity processing tanks.

1 line CIP system with 3 tanks for automatic cleaning of the plant.
