Production plant for the pharmaceutical industry

The installation of a plant comprising two production lines for manufacturing pharmaceutical liquid products for a major South American company.

The customer is major leading South American business group in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sector.

The customer wanted to make a technological leap by installing equipment that complies with international standards (such as USP and Pharmacopoeia), and to solve a range of issues they were encountering with their current production lines.

They wanted to increase their production capacity, solve cleaning process issues, improve production processes and automate manufacturing processes to ensure systematically generated records.

The customer opted for INOXPA because of the Group’s experience in the sector. The extensive range of references provided about manufacturing solutions implemented in other pharmaceutical plants worldwide also tipped the balance in favour of INOXPA’s project.

INOXPA participated in developing the basic and detailed engineering for processing and supply lines.
