SCRUBS® REFILL: Refill Pack for hand cleaning wipes
The famous SCRUBS® hand cleaning wipes, made in Germany and proven in a wide range of industrial applications, are now available in refill packs.
ITW Industrial Solutions is enabling its customers to significantly reduce their environmental footprint, quickly and efficiently by simply refilling empty SCRUBS® buckets with the REFILL Pack. The daily use of cleaning wipes in the industrial environment is widespread. Companies that now deliberately opt for refillable consumables, such as SCRUBS® hand wipes, are making a valuable contribution to greater environmental protection and sustainability.
Increasing development of cleaning products for use in industry, as well as for craftsmen and various commercial activities, must favourably respond to users' requirements: Soiling from grease or lubricants must be dissolved effectively, as must oil, tar or bitumen residues. A hand wipe designed for industrial use must also remove inks and paints without the need for excessive use of water.
This is exactly what SCRUBS® cleaning wipes, now available from ITW in refill form, are designed to do. Thanks to this unique product, ideal for getting rid of dust and all kinds of hard-to-remove residues (glue, paint, carbon, graphite, etc.), ITW is able to strike the perfect balance between efficiency, ease of use and environmental protection. In fact, with SCRUBS® REFILL, all users in industry, construction, road building or the trades save more than 90% of plastic, compared with buying a SCRUBS® bucket containing the same quantity of wipes. And let's not forget the food industry: thanks to NSF E4 registration, SCRUBS® wipes can be used on site during maintenance operations on machines located in the immediate vicinity of food production lines.
The wipes, immediately recognisable by their blue colour and large size, are pre-impregnated and ready to use. The double-sided fabric dissolves a wide range of soils, while absorbing and trapping dirt. The textured, abrasive side is ideal for removing lubricants and other deposits from surfaces without scratching or damaging them. This makes SCRUBS® a unique wipe for quick surface cleaning during maintenance or assembly work - or for cleaning lubricant-coated tools for future use. The other side of the wipe (non-abrasive) is suitable for quick and effective hand cleaning, without ever attacking the skin. The wipes contain softening agents to respect and protect users' skin.
Each refill contains 72 wipes. The natural citrus fragrance, typical of SCRUBS® and much appreciated by users, is of course also present in the refills.
