IV5 EXTRUSION
Vision's innovation in the field of industrial suction continues with the IV5, the latest evolution of the Extrusion line, suitable for the continuous extraction of aluminum and PVC shavings.
The IV5 guarantees maximum production efficiency thanks to the possibility of simultaneously extracting and discharging chips, avoiding expensive production stops otherwise necessary to empty the classic collection tank.
Like any Extrusion unit, the IV5 is equipped with a high-efficiency M class filter designed to stop 99.9% of the particles sucked.
Another distinguishing feature is the innovative fan system, unique in the industry, ideal for the aluminum and PVC processing industry.
The new iVision-Digital-Touch-Screen (IDTS) is perfectly integrated into the company network. It allows real-time monitoring of the efficiency of the vacuum system, as well as the possibility of supervising all the vacuum cleaners within the entire production plant.
The new system allows intelligent and proactive monitoring of the vacuum cleaner, reducing downtime and associated costs, greater planning, safety, and longer machine life.
The convenient inspection window allows to quickly and easily assess the status of the filters as well as being able to intervene on routine maintenance of the system itself.
