JC-3 series is a Cartesian robot from JANOME that has been well-received in Europe for many years since its launch.

◆The data format is the same as the JR3000 Series Desktop Robots, so you can use the teaching data when switching from desktop robots to Cartesian robots.

The teaching method is exactly the same as our Desktop Robots, eliminating the need for dedicated software personnel, learning robot programming languages, or preparing PLCs.

◆The robot, controller, motors incl. cables are fully EMC tested (conformity with 2014/30/EU) and therefore meet the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, including CE marking as a partially completed machine.

After assembly of proper tooling, performing of a finale risk assessment that you prepare for the automation, you can offer it to end-users in the EU with all the time saving aspects mentioned before.

◆Available in T-type, H-type (either as 3 axis model or including 4-axis), available in various size configurations – such as long-stroke models, ranging from 200mm to 1200mm , each with various strokes length combinations in X,Y and for Z ranging from 50mm – 200mm to meet your customers design requirements.

◆Our Easy to utilize teaching method provides you with specialized application software, which enables for a variety of applications such as Dispensing, Screw tightening, and PCB cutting and so on. Options to integrate vision system for position alignment and a displacement sensor for height offsets are also available.
