Introducing the JR3000F Series Heavy Duty Desktop Robot
The JR3000 has put on more muscle!
Even with fine processes, sometimes you need a powerful robot. Perhaps you have a heavy workpiece, or your workpiece is set on a heavy fixture, external slider or pallet. Perhaps you have a large, heavy tool. Janome offers a stronger version of our popular JR3000 Series Desktop Robot just for you.
Equipped with a 5 phase feedback type stepper motor and a brake on the Z-Axis motor to prevent it from dropping during an emergency stop or sudden loss of external power, the JR3000F Series Heavy Duty Desktop Robot is ready to handle those big jobs. The X-Axis table handles a total workpiece and fixture payload of up to 20kg, while the Y-Axis arm and vertical Z-Axis can bear a tool payload of 15kg.
The JR3000F is designed for a variety of heavy duty applications, including high viscosity dispensing, dual component dispensing, hot melt dispensing, plasma treatment, resistance welding, ultrasonic welding and more.
