Do you need a high precision PC board cutting machine that easily handles different sizes and shapes? If so, please consider the JR3000ERT.
The JR3000ERT Series Depaneling Robot comes equipped with a high-precision spindle motor, a dust collection system, and a spindle bit wear indicator to create a cost-effective, space saving, easy-to-use desktop robot PC board precision cutting package.
Optional specialized depaneling PC software allows you to use a camera to refer to enlarged workpiece images on your computer screen when setting board cutting points. You can make cutting programs based upon your own DXF data, Gerber data or JPEG images and use a position offset function to compensate for the cutting bit’s thickness when cutting boards.
Our lineup offers 3-axes types with five different operating ranges.
