The main controller commands the PLC to turn on the servo drive → turn on and adjust the light source → trigger the camera to take pictures → (Array CCD camera) to capture the image → transmit to the video capture card → the smart vision system software in the main controller make identification and judgment →The DIO control card sends feedback to the rejection device → finally the main control informs the PLC to stop the servo drive and turn off the light source, and finishes the detection process. In order to improve the detection accuracy and reduce the processing difficulty of the software, digital light source equipment should be used as an auxiliary.
