Application of Equipment

The rubber low-temperature brittleness tester is to determine the maximum temperature of the vulcanized rubber when the sample is damaged by impact under the specified conditions, that is, the brittleness temperature, which can be used for comparative evaluation of the performance of non-hard plastics and other elastic materials under low temperature conditions. It can determine the brittleness temperature and low temperature performance of different rubber materials or different formulations of vulcanized rubber. Therefore, it is indispensable in the quality inspection of scientific research materials and products, and the control of the production process. This instrument is designed according to the GB/T5470-2008 plastic impact embrittlement temperature test method, GB/T 15256-2014 "Determination of the low-temperature brittleness of vulcanized rubber (multi-sample method)" national standards, the latest research and development of compressor refrigeration equipment. This equipment adopts cascade compressor refrigeration technology, uses the principle of heat balance and cyclic stirring, to achieve automatic uniform cooling and constant temperature of the sample, and can fully meet the various temperature control indicators specified in the national standard GB/T229-94.
