A customer from East China recently purchased a 3-layer high-efficiency blown film machine(model: M3B-1700Q-C), which is to produce stretch hood film.

This machine adopts our new generation stretch hood film technology. It is equipped with the cutting-edge Jinming auto-gauging system, a fully automatic weighing device imported from Europe, an IBC internal bubble cooling system and a high efficiency air ring, so the transverse and longitudinal accuracy of the film can be greatly improved. The machine is characterized by its high automation, such as Jinming full-automatic double-station surface/center/gap winding, auto film slitting, auto roll changing, auto unreeling; auto interchange between different air shafts.

This customer purchased Jinming stretch hood film equipment, precisely because it perceived the huge potential market of the stretch hood film package industry. The customer also said that Jinming was exactly one of the very few top-grade manufacturer of the high-end stretch hood film machine in the industry.

Jinming started to develop machines for stretch hood film in 2005, and it succeeded in setting up the first machine line in the workshop of an American customer in 2007. Since most manipulator machines for stretch hood film used in China, at that time, was imported at a relatively high cost from Europe and America, only a few Chinese enterprises could commence such a project.
