It is developed from JINPAT through bore slip ring. The most salient feature is that both the stator side and rotor side have the insulation plates. The insulations plates help to insulate signal and power transmission, and therefore endow the slip ring with no-interference transmission. The slip ring for welding robot is able to transmit signal and power in a highly reliable way.

Another feature of JINPAT slip ring for welding robot is that the slip ring is an integrated slip ring that can mixed transmit power, signals and fluid/gas. The slip ring consists of 3 modules: power unit, signal unit and pneumatic/hydraulic unit. This highly integrated structure contributes to a more versatile and simplified system and is proven very practical. To facilitate its application, welding robot slip ring adopt industrial connectors.

To better answer the requirement of industrial production, the welding robot slip ring takes up precious metal as housing and is with high protection grading, up to IP65. It can endure temperature from -20℃ to 60℃. Rotating speed ranges from 0 ~100rpm. This slip ring is a very competitive and enduring product for welding robot.
