JINPAT USB 3.0 signal integrated slip ring

Compared with USB 2.0 signal integrated slip rings, USB 3.0 signal integrated slip rings are much more complex.

As the world's earliest slip ring manufacturer, JINPAT has strong technical research and development capabilities in the field of USB signal slip rings. In addition to multi-channel USB 2.0 signal slip rings, JINPAT has more than ten years of research and development history in the field of USB 3.0 signal slip rings. Similar to the slip rings for HDMI, DP, and Ethernet signals, slip rings for higher bandwidth signals require much more low-bandwidth rings. For example, USB 2.0 signal slip rings require a minimum of only four rings, while USB 3.0 signals require a minimum of 12 rings to be wired inside the slip ring.

In the USB signal slip rings produced by JINPAT, the number of models for USB 2.0 and 3.0 signal integrated slip rings is almost evenly split. As time goes by and technology advances, the USB 2.0 signal slip ring will gradually withdraw from the competitive stage and turn the stage to the USB 3.0 signal integrated slip ring with larger transmission bandwidth. The USB 3.0 signal slip rings and their integrated products developed by JINPAT already have the ability to support USB 3.1 GEN1 signal transmission, while products that support USB 3.1 GEN2 are currently undergoing technical verification and development. Currently, JINPAT' technology for integrating three channels of USB 3.0 signals is quite mature, and the development and testing of slip rings for four channels of USB 3.0 signals are currently in progress.

LPC-12T-02U3-HD02 and LPM-30B-0204-01U3 are two USB signal slip ring products launched by JINPAT, each suitable for different application scenarios. The LPC-12T-02U3-HD02 is a 12-channel high-definition camera slip ring suitable for high-definition video transmission in harsh environments. This slip ring integrates 2 channels of USB3.0 signal path and 2 channels of HDMI signal path, and has advantages such as 12-channel signal transmission, ultra-low conversion loss, and long transmission distance. It also has characteristics such as waterproof, dustproof, and shock resistance, ensuring stable operation for long periods in harsh environments. The LPM-30B-0204-01U3 is an industrial-grade USB signal slip ring with 30-channel signal transmission and 2-channel Gigabit Ethernet transmission. In addition, it also supports inner diameter or outer diameter installation, which is suitable for different application scenarios. The slip ring has the characteristics of long transmission distance, low conversion loss, and wide operating temperature range, which is suitable for signal transmission in various harsh industrial environments.
