The updated tail names of JINPAT's hat series products

After the update of the JINPAT capsule slip ring series, the entire series will be changed to the peacock blue color, and will no longer be named as A, B, C, D, E, etc., but will retain a basic model without any suffix, such as LPM-08, LPC-36, LPC-56, etc., and then add models with suffixes such as YB, YD, YJ, YL, YP, YS, YT, YU, YZ, and IP54, IP65.

These suffixes are not universal in the entire series, and most of them only appear in a few models. For example, the YP suffix is unique to the JINPAT LPMS series micro slip ring, and YP indicates that the housing of these products is made of plastic.

Next, let's decode these new standard capsule slip rings from JINPAT in alphabetical order. The YB is a product with the tail cover removed from the original model. The YD is a product with the flange mounted on the stator side of the flange, because the flange of the JINPAT capsule slip ring is generally installed on the rotor side. The capsule slip ring with the YJ suffix is a product with a metal shell. This type of product uses an aluminum alloy shell, which is treated with sandblasting process on the surface. It is also peacock blue in color. Due to the pigment, the peacock blue color of the aluminum alloy sandblasting process is much brighter than that of the plastic shell product.

The capsule slip ring with the YL suffix is mainly aimed at several LPC or LPM series products with a relatively large production volume. It belongs to compressed size products and is shorter in length than the basic model. The YS series slip ring is a high-speed product derived from the standard product. It does not make major adjustments to the main structure of the product, but makes slight changes in components such as bearings and brush wire bending degrees and copper ring plating parameters. The capsule slip ring with the YS suffix is designed with a speed of generally 1000rpm. If customers need higher speed, they need to be customized.

The capsule slip ring with the YT suffix is mainly aimed at the LPC series. It is the iterative product of the JINPAT LPC-T series products, corresponding to products with 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 transmission channels, etc. In addition, a capsule slip ring with a YT suffix will be added to the LPM-12 product, with a diameter of 3mm and an outer diameter increased by 0.9mm compared to the basic model, reaching 12mm. The YU suffix represents the U series products of the capsule LPC and LPM before the upgrade. Products named in this way do not have flanges.

The YZ suffix is aimed at only three medium-sized capsule slip rings, LPC-56, LPC-76, and LPC-125. It is mainly used to distinguish the internal structure of the product, and different structures have different manufacturing processes. The models with IP54 and IP65 suffixes are customized products with high protection levels developed from the YJ series. They are mainly aimed at certain models in the LPC and LPM series, and these slip rings with high protection levels all use aluminum alloy shells. Depending on the differences in internal structure, they have protection levels of IP54 and IP65.
