Introduction of new small-sized integrated pneumatic-hydraulic-electric modular slip ring

The overall structure of the gas-liquid electric integrated slip ring is relatively rare, usually composed of a gas-liquid slip ring and an electrical slip ring module.

As a well-known slip ring manufacturer, JINPAT launches a large number of gas-liquid electric multimodule integrated slip rings every year. In JINPAT's small gas-liquid electric integrated slip rings, some models use a certain type from the gas-liquid and capsule series standard products as modules and then splice them together. This method is suitable for mechanical equipment with large production quantities.

In JINPAT' latest small gas-liquid electric integrated slip ring product, the LPPL000-02L-3310-01E2 is an integrated product, and its gas-liquid slip ring module has 2 passages for transmitting hydraulic oil, with a working pressure of up to 200 bar. The electrical slip ring module integrates 33 10A passages and 1 gigabit network signal passage, with an outer dimension of Φ160×130mm for the gas-liquid module and Φ86×180mm for the electrical slip ring.

Compared with the LPPL000-02L-3310-01E2, the LPL000-04A-1202 is smaller in size, with a total length of only 106.5mm (excluding the rotor) for the gas-liquid and electrical modules, and a rotor end length of 14.4mm (excluding the connector). The electrical slip ring part of this product adopts a high protection level customized capsule slip ring with 12 2A passages, while the gas-liquid module has 4 air passages that support a maximum of 6 Bar air pressure. When this product is installed vertically, the protection level is IP54.

Finally, there is the LPPL000-02A-06S, whose gas-liquid module has 2 gas passages for transmitting steam, with a working pressure of 2bar. Its electrical module part integrates thermocouple signals, with a total of 6 rings and 2 sets of signals, and the wire is a K-type thermocouple compensation wire. Although this product integrates only 8 passages, its volume is not small, with a total length of 143.8mm excluding the rotor, and a rotor end length of 36mm. In addition, the gas-liquid module of this integrated slip ring also has a diameter of 93mm and comes with a flange with a diameter of 117mm for easy installation and use. When this slip ring is horizontally installed, its protection level is IP54.
