The photoelectric integrated slip ring is a product that integrates electrical slip rings and fiber optic slip rings. The fiber optic slip ring is the main signal transmission module of this product, while the electrical slip ring module also integrates some electrical signal paths. As an internationally renowned slip ring manufacturer, JINPAT launches a large number of customized products every year, among which the photoelectric integrated slip ring also occupies a considerable proportion. The following is the latest information on JINPAT photoelectric integrated slip ring products.

Firstly, there is the hollow shaft-fiber optic integrated slip ring product. Among them, the LPT000-0810-04FO is a relatively simple product. Its electrical slip ring module only integrates 8 channels of 10A power rings, with a rated working voltage of 350V. The fiber optic slip ring is a single-mode fiber optic slip ring with 1 channel and 4 ports, with a working wavelength range of 1310~1550mm. The single-mode fiber optic slip ring can support a longer signal transmission distance, and the overall protection level of this product is IP50.

Another new product is the LPT000-1210-24S-2E2-FO04. This product is generally more complex, with an electrical slip ring module that integrates 12 channels of 10A power rings, 2 channels of 100Mbps network signals, and 24 channels of ordinary signals. Whether it is a power ring or a signal ring, the working voltage of this product is only 24VAC, which is a very typical low-voltage slip ring. This product also integrates a 4-channel fiber optic slip ring, but its fiber optic type has changed to multimode. Although the transmission distance of multimode slip rings is relatively short, they can transmit higher-rate signals over short distances.

In addition to hollow shaft slip rings, JINPAT also frequently integrates fiber optic slip rings into high-current slip rings or capsule slip rings. Among them, high-current slip rings are huge in volume and usually integrate 2 to 12 channels of fiber optic slip rings, while cap slip rings mostly integrate single-channel fiber optic slip rings due to limited volume. The latest high-current fiber optic integrated product of JINPAT, with the model number LPA000-03480-01PE-0615-FO06, integrates 3 channels of 480A current paths and 1 grounding ring in the slip ring's high-current module, and the module is designed to work at a rated voltage of 6600VAC, with a total transmission power of 3MW. Its signal module also uses a hollow shaft product, and the fiber optic slip ring is also integrated inside the module. The electrical slip ring part of this product's signal module integrates 6 channels of 15A current paths, supporting signal transmission, with a working voltage of 220VAC. The module uses a 6-channel multimode fiber optic slip ring, and the product's working wavelength is 850mm~1300mm.

Finally, looking at the capsule photoelectric integrated products, compared to other types of photoelectric integrated slip rings, JINPAT has developed a single-channel integrated product based on the capsule standard series slip ring with through holes in the LPC-T series. Its electrical module has 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, and 36 channels, and the fiber optic slip ring is installed in the through hole of the slip ring. Sometimes many standard products cannot meet the special signal transmission needs of customers, so customization is still needed. For example, this latest LPC-24T-0210-08S-01SD1-01FO is a fiber optic slip ring and a product with high integration of power and multiple electrical signals. The product uses part of the mold of LPC-24T standard slip ring. Its electrical slip ring part includes 2 channels of 10A, 8 channels of common signals, and 1 channel of HD-SDI high-definition video signal. The fiber optic slip ring is a single-mode fiber optic slip ring with a working wavelength of 1270~1650mm.
