Features of JINPAT SPT Series Hollow Shaft Slip Rings

As an established professional slip ring manufacturer, JINPAT offers multiple series of standard products. Among them, the LPC, LPM, and LPMS series from the Capsule family have the highest production and widest applications, followed by the LPT hollow shaft series. Over the years, JINPAT has not only optimized the standard models of the hollow shaft series slip rings to improve their lifespan and performance but has also developed a wide range of customized products based on them.

Among these customized products of hollow shaft slip rings, there are high-speed slip rings capable of reaching 10,000 revolutions per minute, high-temperature-resistant slip rings capable of operating in environments up to 100℃, and specialized products with other physical characteristics developed for specific industries. During interactions with customers, JINPAT has discovered that some customers have unique requirements. In order to meet these demanding requirements, JINPAT has developed the SPT series hollow shaft slip rings based on the LPT series.

The SPT series slip rings are highly improved versions of the LPT series. The standard products employ a special structural design that allows for flexible integration of various standard compact slip ring models, such as the LPC and LPM series from the Capsule family, as well as the LPHF high-frequency slip ring and LPFO fiber optic slip ring.

By combining these two series of standard slip rings, a brand new integrated optoelectronic slip ring with multiple signals and functions, as well as an integrated electrical high-frequency slip ring, can be obtained. In addition to the standard products, the SPT series hollow shaft slip rings also offer a wide range of customized models, with a focus on compact size. As a result, the customized products of the SPT series have a limited number of channels and support lower current in the integrated power rings. The individual products also have a limited range of integrated signal types.

Taking the latest developed SPT000-0406-0202-E2-01A slip ring from JINPAT as an example, it integrates two different specifications of power rings, supporting 2A and 6A respectively, as well as a single-channel 100 Mbps Ethernet signal path. Additionally, this model of slip ring also incorporates a single-channel pneumatic and liquid rotary joint. Unlike many hollow shaft slip rings, this model has a very low torque level, reaching as low as 0.1 N/M. Most slip rings in this series, except for those with high protection levels, have a starting torque of less than 0.5 N/M.
