JINPAT supports the development of robotic technology and sponsors the 2023 Robot Master Super Challenge

JINPAT supports the development of robotic technology and sponsors the 2023 Robot Master Super Challenge

With the continuous advancement of technology and the flourishing development of the robotics field, the Robot Master Super Challenge has become a highly anticipated robotics combat event. In this competition, robot teams will showcase their technology and creativity, competing for honor and prizes. As a manufacturer of slip rings, JINPAT has provided valuable support for this event and actively participated in it.

JINPAT is not just a supplier of slip rings but also a company that places a strong emphasis on social responsibility and philanthropy. This year, JINPAT once again sponsored the slip rings required by the 12 participating RoboMaster teams, continuing their collaboration from the previous year. This initiative not only demonstrates JINPAT' commitment to robotics technology and education but also underscores their concern and sense of responsibility towards society as a corporate entity.

The sponsorship of JINPAT is not only about providing material support, but also an active social participation. Our goal is not only to meet the needs of robot teams but also to promote collaboration and exchange between universities and businesses. This collaboration can help universities in the conversion of research outcomes in cutting-edge areas, such as through hole optical fiber slip rings, liquid metal, and other conductive materials. JINPAT hopes that through this approach, they can create opportunities for universities to translate their research achievements into new trends in slip ring technology.

In the RoboMaster competition, robots are divided into three categories: Infantry, Hero, and Sentry, with slip rings being a crucial common component among them. Sentry and Hero robots incorporate slip rings into their designs, with through hole slip rings being the primary choice. These slip rings can opt for capsule slip rings or hollow shaft slip rings. Due to their higher cost, capsule slip rings are less common, making hollow shaft slip rings a more cost-effective and prevalent option. Among these, the LPT050-0610-06S produced by JINPAT is one of the most extensively produced models for Hero robot slip rings. It features a 50mm inner diameter, a rotor height of 74mm, and an outer diameter of 119mm. This slip ring integrates 6 channels of 10A current pathways and 6 signal pathways, transmitting CAN and serial signals using automotive-specific CAN signal lines and twisted-pair shielded lines. Additionally, it supports a shell-less solution, making it more flexible and suitable for subsequent 3D printing applications.

In conclusion, JINPAT' support not only contributes to the smooth running of the Robot Master Super Challenge but also drives collaboration between universities and businesses, providing more possibilities for the future of robotics technology and research. The sponsorship is not just a contribution but also a commitment to robotics technology and education, providing a stage for young engineers and scientists to showcase their skills. In the future, JINPAT can expect to see more collaborations like this, bringing more innovation and opportunities to the field of robotics.
