JINPAT Introduces New Search Boat Slip Ring

JINPAT has recently developed a brand-new search boat slip ring, specifically designed for vessels engaged in search and rescue missions. Search boats typically require high maneuverability and flexibility to respond rapidly in emergency situations. In the design phase, some search boats may require the use of slip rings, especially when devices need to rotate in all directions or cover a wide range. The purpose of slip rings is to ensure that cables do not get entangled during device rotation, maintaining continuous power and signal transmission.

The latest search boat slip ring from JINPAT offers an efficient equipment solution for customers. This slip ring features a design with multiple loops and the integration of various signals. The multi-loop design enables the simultaneous transmission of multiple signals, crucial for search boats dealing with different types of data and signals, ensuring stable transmission of power, gigabit Ethernet, HD video signals, and other high-frequency signals.

To operate effectively in a humid environment, the slip ring specially designed by JINPAT has humidity performance requirements, with the environmental humidity not exceeding 75% RH. However, for slip ring products with a working humidity of ≤75% RH, usage in higher humidity environments may lead to a decrease in slip ring performance or malfunctions. Therefore, during the installation and operation of the slip ring, customers typically need to adhere to the humidity limits provided by the manufacturer to ensure product reliability and extend its lifespan.

Considering the varying temperature conditions that search boats may encounter in marine environments, JINPAT conducted temperature performance tests on the slip ring. The product is capable of operating normally under extreme conditions, ranging from -15°C to 60°C, without being affected by temperature fluctuations.
