JINPAT Efforts in rotating speed measuring of slip ring

High-Speed Slip Ring

Striving for new breakthroughs remains the invariable point of JINPAT at any time, but it also lays much emphasis on the full-fledged test management system. Catering to the needs of high-speed slip rings, JINPAT R&D Team has devoted themselves to the scientific and reasonable design of the high rotating speed test platform. After repeated trials of months, they reap the fruits of the hard work with a 20000 rpm high-speed test platform.

Equipped with two shafts, the equipment can test for two parts at one time. Its strong magnetic brushless motor of high speed is introduced from Japan. The machine can operate in 12-14V, which is validated by a brushless ESC test. After the test, it entertains 20000 turns in a voltage of 12V. Right now, it has been proven to operate with the load in 24 hours, during which the rotating speed is up to 20600 rpm. With such equipment, the real-time rotating speed, revolutions, and DC current value can be seen in the test. Together with our own advanced data collection software, it can help measure the error rate of data transmission when the high-speed slip ring is in operation.
