Flexible copper laminated busbar
Battery connector made with copper foils press welded
KINTO is specilized in production of flexible copper laminated busbars, which are made with industrial high purity copper foils by press-/diffusion welding or brazing.
The flexible connectors are made with copper foils according to DIN EN 13599 with specified thickness. The contact areas can be press-welded which achieves excellent electrical conduction due to perfect molecular connection. Another type of process is to use silver brazing for reliably connecting the copper foils package to the contact terminals, which is especially suitable for big or special shaped terminals.
The flexible part can be covered with insulation tubing. The contact areas can be bored, milled, machined or coated (e.g. tinned or silvered) according to customer's designs.
