Copper braid flexible connectors

Copper braid flexible connectors are made out of braided copper tapes or stranded copper ropes, with cold-pressed terminals on both ends.
We manufacture highly flexible braids with annealed copper wires. Such copper braids or tinned copper braids are mainly used for earthing or lightning conducting and industrial current transfer applications.
General information:
- Copper purity: ≥99.9%.
- Diameter of the copper wires:
- Standard wire diameters: 0.20mm or 0.15mm. Other diameters (such as 0.10mm and 0.05mm) are available according to customers' requirement.
- Surface treatment of the wires: uncoated or tinned.
- Terminals are solderless cold-pressed.
- Surface treatment of the contact areas: uncoated, silver-coated or tin-coated.
- Insulation of flexible part with shrinkable insulating tube could be made.
