Flexible copper braid connectors are made out of braided copper tapes or stranded copper ropes, with terminals cold-pressed or press-welded on both ends.

Kinto's flexible copper braid connectors are manufactured with copper braids with annealed high purity copper wires. The highly flexible copper braid connectors are mainly for applications in electrical equipment, communication systems and electrolytic Processes etc.

- Copper purity: ≥99.9%

- Diameter of the copper wires: 0.20mm; 0.15mm; 0.10mm; 0.05mm

- Surface treatment of the copper wires: bare; tin-, silver- or nickel-coated

- Terminals: solderless cold-pressed or press-welded

- Surface treatment of terminals: bare; tin-, silver- or nickel-coated

- Insulating available with heat shrinkable insulation tube or rubber tube etc.

- Terminals’ form and holes are made according to customers’ request
