Big sister of our Double Z range, this new machine is designed to work on large format and save time.

The technical advantages of the TRC Quadruple Z

The skeleton of this XXL machine is based on what we know how to do best, pushed to its maximum:

- The machine has a double gantry integrating 4 Z-axes completely independent of each other.
- Structure in anodised aluminum profiles, known for its lightness and strength over time.
- Exceptional capacity allowing drilling with more than 45 drills simultaneously and much more.
- Use of the same mechanical and electronic components (motors, pads, belts) that make our current ranges reliable.

Our strength is to adapt to demand and innovate to meet your specifications. On this model, our client required new aggregates that had never been installed before and a motor spindle of more than 8 kW. The TRC Quadruple Z is fully modular:

- Adaptable power of the electrospindle.
- Possibility of integrating other specific aggregates.
- Combination of machining and/or cutting functions as required.

Due to its high power, the deployment of the TRC Quadruple Z is reserved for industrial buildings with sufficient electrical capacity to support their equipment.
