The DNA of KMSYSTEM is based on our ability to design and develop CNC machining centers that adapt to the production requirements of our partners. To meet the challenges of high-volume repetitive tasks, we unveil our latest custom integration: a powerful electro-pin designed to drastically divide your cycle times.

The heart of this innovation lies in the integration of an electro-spindle of **8 kW**, designed to drive a large aggregate. The latter is equipped with *45 simultaneous active cutter slots*. This configuration makes it possible to completely review the production dynamics by processing multiple drillings in a single pass.
Technical note: To fully exploit this multi-milling capacity, this machine is specifically designed for workshops with an adapted electrical infrastructure (high power and high voltage available on the grid).

This solution was born from strict specifications in the nautical sector: to automate and optimize the drilling of the technical foam used for the manufacture of boat hulls. Faced with this challenge, KMSYSTEM adapted this solution on its CNCs in just a few weeks. Based on one of our proven machine architectures that we have duplicated, it offers:

The prototype is still being refined, but the first few months of testing have been very successful for our partner.
