New LAZZATI Linea Floor-Type Ram Boring HB 160MM

LAZZATI is pleased to present the new HYDROSTATIC CNC heavy horizontal boring milling machine Linea Floor-Type Ram Boring model HB 160MM, excellent result of LAZZATI R&D on Linea Floor Type. High dynamic, rapids up to 25mm/1', high working feeds, featured with LAZZATI hydrostatic system an all axes, complete set of accessories, constant thermostabilization of the structures, make this innovative machine not only a boring machine, but also a milling machine, thanks to the A UA Automatic Universal head as accessory. Natural completion of HB 160MM is the rotary travelling table, which make possible the machining of the workpiece on all sides in only one setup. The real strength of the new HB 160MM is the incredible precision that LAZZATI has achieved: compensation of the fall of the mobile head with tolerances of 0,015mm on 1,600mm of mobile head travel. A double hydraulic and electronic compensation system on the mobile head allows the unit to remain within the prescribed tolerances during horizontal travel and also to compensate any difference in weight due to automatic loading of the special accessories. The advantage of this system is mechanical compensation of the fall and the change in center of gravity, such as to enable the milling machine to work always parallel to the guides of the column.
