Linear Gear Rack Lift Drives: Lifgo linear for long stroke distances

Within the series of gear rack gearboxes Lifgo 5 LEANTECHNIK offers several models which are designed for special fields of applications. The variant Lifgo linear for example is suitable for all applications where the stroke distance travelled is comparatively long. By taking off the casing cover on top of the rack as well as making some technical adjustments, the gear rack gearboxes are transferred into the linear-module. The racks are arranged in succession. In addition reinforcing profiles can be attached at the threaded holes at the back of the racks for vertical strokes.

An applicable drive for the system can be a servo-, three-phase AC, pneumatic- or hydraulic drive. At a speed of 3 m/s the sizes 5.0, 5.1 and 5.3 of Lifgo linear reach a stroke force from 2000 N up to 15900 N, the size 5.4 even up to 25000 N.

Therefore the product offers high flexibility in for example fields like construction and system integration. Threaded holes are attached by default to every site of the cases of the gear rack gearboxes, which makes it possible to easily install workpiece carriers or other attachments. The threaded holes on the back of the racks also enable the installation on carrier profiles. Next to lifting columns and lifting tables, linear axis- and multiple – axis positioning systems are examples for the application of the linear-modules. In combination with the gear rack gearboxes lifgo or lean SL displaceable lifting tables as well as “Pick & Place”- constructions with a long travel can be realized.
