Lifting columns from LEANTECHNIK AG – double capacity in a small space

On each side of the column, two 2 lifgo linear drives each travel on a rack bar. The lifgo 5 drive series (see illustration) are fitted with four-fold roller guides and linear guided precision rack bars, and can meet the highest demands for lifting force, speed, and positioning precision, being available in three sizes. The 5.3 type used has a lifting force per drive of 15.000 N. A guide trolley (see illustration) on each rack bar also serves as a torque support and allows for an extension of 1.2 metres per side.

Thanks to having an individual control unit, the lifting column operates independently and is supplied ready for use. If required, the column can be locked in position, and the installation can be entered with no problem at all.

Linear Gear Rack Lift Drives: Lifgo linear for long stroke distances

Within the series of gear rack gearboxes Lifgo 5 LEANTECHNIK offers several models which are designed for special fields of applications. The variant Lifgo linear for example is suitable for all applications where the stroke distance travelled is comparatively long. By taking off the casing cover on top of the rack as well as making some technical adjustments, the gear rack gearboxes are transferred into the linear-module. The racks are arranged in succession.
