Lifting columns with 1 tonne working load and up to 1000 mm extension

The column allows for precise lifting and positioning of loads or production devices, and is fitted with two lifgo linear drives, each of which travels on a rack bar. In order to guide the torque safely and reliably which results from the decentralise load, two guide trolleys are also used, which are placed above the drive units. In accordance with the customer''s wishes, a flange plate with an individual hole pattern was bolted onto the drives, or which turning devices, grippers, or other add-on elements can be fitted entirely at will.

Installed beneath each of the drives is an alignment safety device, which secures the installation against uncontrolled descents when it is being accessed or undergoing maintenance.

The drive series used, the lifgo® 5, is fitted with a four-fold roller guide system and a linear guided precision rack bar, and can meet the highest demands for lifting force, speed, and positioning precision, available in three system sizes. For the lifting column, drives of the most powerful type, the 5.3, were selected, which, depending on the application and utilisation of the installation, can exert a lifting force of 15.900 N in each case, and achieve speeds of up to 3 m/s.
