The IPC 111 from SIGMATEK is a robust industrial PC, which with its Celeron M processor from Intel, is well equipped for demanding automation tasks. Two CompactFlash Cards are used as program memory. The IPC can be mounted on the DIN rail without tools and provides multiple connections and interfaces that are conveniently located on the front: Ethernet, VARAN, CAN, USB 2.0, DVI, S-DVI as well as COM. With dimensions of 218 x 110 x 74 mm (WxHxD), the IPC 111 fits the S-DIAS format perfectly. With the bus interface located on the side, S-DIAS I/O modules can be connected directly. Communication is exchanged over the real-time Ethernet system VARAN with a bus speed of 100 Mbit/s. Individual I/O modules can be accessed within 1.12 µs.
S-DIAS, the new control and I/O generation from SIGMATEK scores with the highest package density, fast data transfer and comfortable handling. Mechanical interlocking ensures significantly increased vibration resistance.
Modules for all automation tasks are available: I/Os with up to 20 channels, scalable CPUs, Safety, Motion and special modules. As with all SIGMATEK...
