Insulation Paper Aging Assessment DP Value & Life Prediction

DP value quantifies aging; Arrhenius model predicts lifespan (every 6-10°C rise doubles aging rate).
1. Aging Mechanism: Heat, moisture, oxygen, and acidity break cellulose chains; DP decline reduces mechanical/electrical strength.
2. DP Criteria: >1000 (Excellent), 500-1000 (Good), 250-500 (Degraded, plan maintenance), <250 (End of life, replace immediately).
3. Life Model: Arrhenius equation (k=Ae^(-Ea/RT)); every 6-10°C rise doubles aging rate.
4. Holistic Analysis: Integrate DP, DGA (CO/CO₂), furan compounds, moisture, and acid value.
5. Life Extension: Control hotspot temp (↓10°C extends life exponentially), seal against moisture (oil moisture <3%), reduce acidity via oil regeneration (<0.1mgKOH/g).
