At LYMCO, we want to make everything easy, so our customer could be at ease. There is always the need to cut heavy regardless of the trend. We get it. As a result, we have developed this small (in comparative terms) Horizontal Boring and Milling machine (HBM) with 1250 by 1250mm table for molds and big parts of 1 meter.

With this machine, we would like to enable the user to cut heavy on a block of 1 meter in three-dimensions. The confidence of a steady machining result are based on years of experience in HBM design as well as the heaviest structure in the same class amongst the counterparts. Machine spindle strokes 400mm on W axis and table stroke of 1000mm in Z axis allows a decent boring depth. Spindle vertical travels 1200mm to satisfy both high- and low-profile jobs.

When investing in capital equipment, the equipment must meet and exceed expectations. Therefore our customer could always expect us to go one step further in terms of special requirements. To name a few:

When the customer needs production volume, we work with them to provide a palletized auto changer system that allows uninterrupted cutting for maximum up time. In another case, we modified the machine’s travel system into linear guide ways to satisfy higher feed rate requirement of the client. Because LYMCO understands it’s always about the user.
