PATENTED Mixing Bucket TD
With double discharge (center and side)
M3 MetalMeccanica has patented the first mixing bucket with double discharge (hydraulically in the centre and manually on the side).
All our mixing buckets have both the helix and the bottom in Hardox 450 HBW, for a better durability, and chain transmission along with chain tensioner. The anti-wear paddles are bolted on the helix , for a fast replacement.
The mixing is more homogeneous compared to the standard mixing bucket with central discharge, and it requires less power and pressure, reducing consumption and increasing lifetime.
The hydraulic pump is fully protected against dirt.
The models range from the smallest BM 150L to the biggest BM1100 L.
The concrete mixer bucket series TD is equipped with: safety grill with bag splitter, BOTTOM and bolted HELIX made of wear resistant steel 450 HBW, hydraulic motor fully protected, chain tensioner, electric valve with hydraulic hoses, electric connection kit, hydraulic hoses, flat face couplings (only for SSL), hydraulic opening of the bottom through a cylinder with covered rod, manually-operated side discharge, unloading pipe L=1500 mm, side chute extension, coupling to the machine (standard bolted bracket starting from mod. BM500TD).
