Why do we need a high quality winch even if the price is high?

It is recorded that the winch appeared as a convenient machine for people in ancient Greece in 480 BC. Since then, people have been moving up and up in cities, while in the oceans, they have been going deeper and deeper in search of buried resources and expanding their activities.

A winch is a "power source" with a very high degree of freedom. By changing the vector of the wire rope drawn from the winch with a pulley, etc., the force can be transmitted to a heavy object (object to be moved) from any direction in 360 degrees. In addition, the structure is simple and no other incidental equipment is required, so a cost-saving system can be realized.

Winches can be used as conveniently as automobiles, but since they are machines for lifting and moving heavy objects, it is important for manufacturers to design winches with the utmost consideration for safety, manufacture winches of the highest quality, and guarantee quality through actual load tests to confirm winch safety, as well as correct usage and regular maintenance by the user.

Unfortunately, however, the market is currently flooded with winches that are unsafe or have operability problems.

The smallest standard “Maxpull manual winch” has a maximum tension of 100 kgf. and a maximum lift of up to 35 meters.

Imagine if a 100kgs. heavy object fell near you from 35 meters above you, it would be very frightening.
