As product flows past the powerful magnetic bars, ferrous particles as small as 10 microns and tiny paramagnetic particles such as stainless-steel scrapings are filtered out. Cleaning is simple and efficient.

These very fine ferrous are much smaller than can be detected with a metal detector, thus we recommend to first clean the input raw materials with magnetic filter and then check it after packing with metal detector.

Magnetic filter can be designed with transitions to fit any size or shape of pipeline, with flanges and grids to suit each customer’s requirements.
