Drying and heating processes in a single equipment

MET MANN has designed and manufactured a new multi-function electric heater with a heating capacity of 1,600W to 7,600W with an electronic PID control that automatically regulates the 12 powers of the equipment.

Its applications can be multiple such as: drying processes, dehydration of food, drying of upholstery, elimination of pests, etc.

The equipment is equipped with a battery of high performance electric resistors and an external centrifugal fan with a maximum flow of 300m3 / h.

The electronic control panel allows you to perform the following functions:

- SET POINT temperature selection
- Preheating of the resistors before starting the fan.
- Delay in the switch-off after the setpoint temperature has been reached.
- PID to control the powers of the equipment.
- Time programming with 3 types of comfort temperatures.
- Environmental temperature control with 4 probes.
- Proportional function of the fan airflow.
- Safety systems against overheating or failure of any of the components.

The equipment is totally portable and can be supplied to operate with single-phase, three-phase or both at the same time.
