Innovations at Light + Building 2018

Home, sweet home! – These days we rather replace „sweet“ by „smart“. Digitalization has entered our homes. For public and commercial buildings a lot of those intelligent building concepts make perfect sense. PM DM presents an innovative solution for smart homes and commercial buidlings at this year’s Light + Buidling in Frankfurt am Main in hall 9.1 (booth B60, together with EnOcean).

Light + Building is the world’s largest trade fair for lighting and building services technology. From 18 to 23 March 2018 more than 2,600 exhibitors will present their new products in Frankfurt am Main. „Connected – Secure – Convenient“ is the motto in 2018. A central focus for the majority of the exhibitors is the improvement of the housing and living quality as well as design and security aspects.

In the area of building automation, PM DM presents its intelligent radiator valve called „SmartValve“ together with EnOcean. „SmartValve“ received the „Energy Harvester Award“ and provides significant advantages in big public and commercial buildings: It produces the electrical energy it needs for operation itself through an thermoelectric generator. There is no need to change batteries anymore, also maintenance is unnecessary. Our smart buidlings benefit from this sustainable and innovative solution.
