The new Motor Rotary table MDT36012-HP (HP = high performance) impresses with its almost zero backlash worm gear whose backlash is less than 0.1 °, and the precision shaft bearings for high radial rotating precision.

The highly rigid bearing of the hollow shaft, among other means of axial needle bearing and the angular design of MDT36012-HP is ideally suited for horizontal use of the rotational axis.

The large bore of the hollow shaft also allows the implementation of lines.

In addition, the direct installation of a precision chuck ZF80, and the use of other means of chuck adapter is possible. These features make the MME MDT 36012-HP the ideal and cost-effective axis of rotation, for example, for laser marking round components, and a variety of other uses.

The adjustable positioning ring of the rotation-reference point can be arbitrarily set the position of the mounted component.
