Neousys Technology, an industry-leading provider of rugged embedded computers, today released its latest GT series, EN50155 2U GPU railway Computers. This cutting-edge rolling stock computer elevates X86 railway computing to new heights with the powerful combination of an Intel® 14th/13th/12th-Gen CPU and an NVIDIA® RTX 2000 ADA GPU. Designed for demanding railway applications, the GT Series features a proven thermal design, robust 19” rack-mount enclosure, 110V DC power input, and versatile camera I/Os. It is perfectly suited for applications such as pantograph, track gauge monitoring, video analytics in train carriages, track object detection, tunnel inspections, and more.
As an X86 fanless GPU computer, it delivers the flexibility of X86 with specifications optimized for railway applications. From its proven thermal design to guarantee reliable system operation from -40°C to 55°C; passive-cooling design for minimum maintenance; support of eight GigE cameras (or IP cameras) and four USB3 cameras; 110V DC input and EN 50155/ EN 45545 certifications, the GT series is destined to thrive in vision-based AI applications on rolling stocks. The system also provides flexible data storage options, including one M.2 2280 Gen4x4 NVMe slot providing up to 7000 MB/s extreme read/write speeds and two 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD to expand storage capacity.
