CONDUX® Impact Mill with integrated classifier

With the Condux® CP, high finenesses (< 30 µm) and exact upper particle size limitation can be achieved.

Compared to conventional universal rotor impact mills, the CONDUX® Fine Impact Mill from NETZSCH Trockenmahltechnik offers significantly more flexibility in product processing, since the proven design specifications are implemented as a "modular system" to suit the application. Application-specific housing designs and bearing arrangements adapted to the various rotors are the key factors in the design. In addition, the mill is even easier and faster to clean than the conventional design, and with a narrower gradation of sizes in the smaller range, a repeatedly expressed customer request is met.

The newly designed CONDUX® Impact Mill with an integrated dynamic air classifier is used when the desired final fineness cannot be achieved with conventional screenless pin mills or blast mills with screen inserts. In contrast to conventional classifier mills, the grinding disc and classifier wheel are torque-proof connected to each other and are operated by a common drive motor. By adjusting the height of the classifier wheel, it is possible to achieve a variable setting of the separation limit in a simple way.

With the CONDUX® CP high finenesses (< 30 µm) with an exact upper particle limit can be achieved in an easy-clean and low-maintenance system. Unlike conventional classifier mills with two drives, the grinding disc and classifier wheel are torque-proof connected and driven by one mutual drive motor. In addition to this, by altering the height of the classifier wheel a variable adjustment of the separation limit can be carried out in the simplest way possible.
