Quality control, on raw materials and on final products, is essential to approach and build a profitable collaboration with important and demanding customers. A high residual solvent concentration makes the flexible packaging smell, could modify the food or beverage flavor, may spoil the graphics (ex. blocking of the rolls) and may reduce its mechanical capabilities (ex. delamination).

All these issues must be fixed in advance, reducing huge money loss, due to reproduction or reprocessing (reels ventilations), if taken on time.
