TIDEFLEX® VALVES FOR THE CITY OF CHARLIEU
100% "unbreakable" elastomer solutions to prevent backflow from a river crossing the town.
In Charlieu (42), the town wishes to prevent the return of water from the Sornin (river crossing the town) and its reach into the EP network, at the level of a major distributor manhole.
To respond to this, we have recommended the installation of 100% elastomer and "unbreakable" TIDEFLEX ® dampers on custom- made polyester square-based adaptation flanges to allow direct installation on a vertical wall.
For this project, two TIDEFLEX ® Ø 1000 check valves were therefore installed on NORHAM bespoke flanges , on a Thivent concrete manhole, specially designed for this purpose, as well as a TIDEFLEX ® Ø 630 check valve ( also on a NORHAM bespoke flange ) on a concrete wall.
