New Anti-smell valve STINK-SHIELD®
It is intended to fit on 90° pipe bends in gullies. A configuration often found in southern Europe. The Stink-Shield is designed to be installed in a horizontal position, on old or new plastic pipes.
The body is manufactured in Thermo Plastic Elastomer (TPS) which is entirely recyclable and is held in place by a stainless steel grade 1.4301 (AISI 304) clamp.
When it rains, rainwater accumulates in the gully and goes through the Stink-shield.
The two main gills open by the water pressure and rainwater is drained off into the evacuation pipe.
With hot weather, the water in the gully evaporates, the level decreases and the elbow stops to act as a siphon. The Stink-shield blocks smell coming back.

It is easy to install without adhesive, just with a screwdriver
