OMG filter pumps and Aclear GmbH

A new business partnership in Germany and the importance of OMG precision machining for the filter pumps construction

Nationally, and even more internationally, a solid business parnership with plant engineers-resellers plays a fundamental role since the local Company better knows its market and the customer-end users.

Since an organized program of expansion in foreign countries has been planning for 10 years, new commercial partnerships were developed and existing ones were strengthened.

By using that strategy, OMG was able to meet up Mr. Skupin and Mr. Giangrasso of Aclear GmbH; they are supporting the Italian partner to better introduce its products in the German market and answer the customer's needs, by offering also post-sale assistance.

During the galvanic plants design the pump choice is extremely significant as the filtration standards that will be achieved depend also on its performances.

Through the plant engineer /reseller, OMG collects detailed technical information such as:

- bath dimensions and chemical composition

- ph value

- working temperature.

In order to guarantee the stated high filtration standard (less than 1 micron), the filter-pumps are completely made in OMG warehouse by turning and milling stainless steel AISI316L, polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) bars and plates for the different filter pumps models serie TE and CESE.

As a precision machining specialist, OMG costantly invests in new technologies: the machine shop is equipped with CN MACHINE TOOLS as DMG Mori lathes, Industry 4.0 tools VERTICAL MACHINING

The measuring instruments and the complementary equipment guarantee highest quality and precision standards

In the production process the materials choice plays a decisive role: OMG selects anticorrosive materials that withstand acids and all the dangerous substances usually contained in galvanic baths, in order to prolong the working life of the components and to prevent the risks of accidental contacts.

Reffering to the different filter pump models, the offer ranges from effective capacity between 2.000 l/h and 30.000 l/h and filtering surface between 0,2 mq and 20 mq.
