NEW: CNC machining center by OPS-INGERSOLL Funkenerosion GmbH
Following the HIGH SPEED EAGLE V9, OPS-INGERSOLL now presents
the second machine of the V-Line with Heidenhain-control; the new
HIGH SPEED EAGLE V5.
With axis travel of (X/Y/Z) 550 x 400 x 400 mm this new HIGH SPEED
EAGLE V5 guarantees maximum performance. The proven Gantryconcept
with the optimal integration of the 4th/5th axis offers maximum
5-axis travel with compact external dimensions of 2.800 x 2.020 mm,
and a height 2.450 mm.
The automated loading into the machine with workpieces from either
side, gives the operator full accessibility to the working area to control
the machining even when integrated in automated systems.
The machine is equipped with the latest generation of HSK E40 spindle
(1 - 42.000 rpm,15 kW). Due to the dynamic and fully capsuled
machine design it is the ideal machine for high precision application of
small and medium workpieces, machining of steel and also the
machining of graphite electrodes and other dusty materials.
