OPM 1.5 - Automatic Thermosealing Machines - ATM

The thermosealing OPM 1.5 is a small stainlees steel machine, floor standing, and its vacuum pump is directly installed inside the machine. The machine has a standard bearing surface with 2 stations very useful to upload the trays whose size should not exceed the ½ gastro.

Once placed on the loading station, the trays automatically slip, through the steel bands, into the packaging station where the cycle is completely automatic according to the procedure chosen by the operator. The advancement of the film is automatic too and always under control to reduce any waste. To change the size is very easy and fast thanks to the advanced technical solutions: no keys or specific implements are needed.

A PLC manages the different functions while a practical and intuitive touch screen allows the introduction of parameters and the view of messages and alarms. The machine can memorise 20 working programs, while an electronic transducer notices the final vacuum and gas level to ensure the best packaging.

The machine can work with different procedures:

• sealing only

• partial vacuum and sealing

• vacuum, inert gas and sealing

• vacuum and skin effect

• gas and sealing

On request, the standard equipment of the machine can be enriched by the following fittings:
