PALLMANN – NOLL – Project Based Partnership
NOLL is well established in the worldwide market with its size reduction- and classifying technology as the professional for the preparation of finest products. Traditionally, NOLL is a technological market leader with its patented developments for the efficient preparation of any kind of solid materials.
Effective immediately, both companies have agreed to a project-based partnership. The main aim is the commercial development of the protein shifting technology particularly during the production of common wheat flours.
In this process, the Turbofiner®, developed and patented by PALLMANN as well as the classifying technology, with the classifier, SeparaNo®, developed and patented by NOLL is used.
The newly developed technology is offered for the energetically optimized protein shifting in bean-, pea- and potato flours. PALLMANN markets these systems by means of its worldwide sales organization. Both companies will present the new technology at the ACHEMA 2015 on a joint exhibition booth (Hall 6, Booth C 19).
