No more manual pallet lifting in DSV warehouse

A fully automatic pallet stacking solution has caused excitement at the DSV Solutions' storage hotel, where a PALOMAT® Greenline stacks and destacks empty Euro pallets. For it has eliminated the need to lift heavy pallets manually and increased the productivity.

Changing demands in the market resulted in a switch from single-use pallets to Euro pallets. Because of this, it became necessary to review the process of handling empty pallets and the choice was on three PALOMAT Greenline pallet magazines.

In ABB's cable box production line there is no longer any manual pallet handling, as the department automated the pallet handling with a PALOMAT® Greenline. This has resulted in both an improved working environment and a streamlined work flow.
